Jason Batten, MS, MBA, LPC
Counseling Shaped by Service and Faith
As a veteran, Jason understands military culture, the weight some experiences carry, and how disorienting the transition to civilian life can be. That firsthand understanding helps many clients, veterans and civilians alike, feel they do not have to explain everything before they are understood.
Jason believes strongly in holistic wellness. He integrates evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-focused care with EMDR, with Christian faith and spirituality at a pace that fits each person.
Jason is one of the counselors featured on Grace’s Christian counseling for veterans page, and he also works with clients seeking trauma-informed Christian counseling.
